Tom is the President of Pierce & Company. He is a 2003 graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance. While there, he served as President of Alumni Hall and volunteered in outreach programs. He was also active for 4 years in the Notre Dame Boxing Club, serving as co-captain in his final year.
